…that will take you out of the Labyrinth. Thread, yarn, weaving, spinning, sewing. Often a woman’s task, often part of the hearth and home imagery. Yarns are also “tales”, the stories told and untold. What stories centre around the hearth and home? More importantly for us weavers, spinners, seamstresses, and knitters, what stories centre around yarn and thread?

This page, for me, will centre around not only my own knitting projects, but also the ideas and stories behind the needles.

And now, to finish that scarf for my young son.
